The service at this apartment is top-notch, with a super kind and understanding host. The breathtaking city view from the high floor is jaw-dropping, especially at night. The complete kitchen equipment, including a washing machine, allows for easy cooking and cleaning. The clean bedsheets and towels are a plus. The cozy and well-designed suite comfortably accommodates a family of four. The location is convenient, and the apartment looks exactly like the pictures shown online. The free wifi and flat-screen TV add to the overall amazing experience. 100% satisfied and will highly recommend to family and friends.

We had a such great stay in Kota Kinabalu so close to Tanjung Aru beach and airport, the airport, the centre of town. Perry was the best owner ever. Having a handy kitchenette was an advantage. Unbeatable location, near our main points of interest.
Didn't find toaster.

We loved the clean and hotel-style bedrooms, the exceptionally clean floors, and the fresh-smelling towels. the well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and utensils was perfect for cooking for a group. the air conditioning was quiet and cool, and the TV had a great selection of channels. the host, Mr Ming, was hospitable and easy to communicate with. the high floor provided breathtaking views of the city. we had a comforting stay and would recommend it to others.

We got great value for our money at the Cozy Living Sky Apartment. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient, with stunning views of Mount Kinabalu and the city. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast selection could be improved.

We had a pleasant stay, the personnel was helpful, and the location was within an easy walk to the Sabah Museum. We loved it and we will definitely be back.
